This weekend, the World Superbike paddock arrives in Portugal for the first time this season, with the Portimão round at the Algarve International Circuit – featuring the new highlight of late afternoon timings.

In the main category, WSBK, Toprak Razgatlioglu (ROKiT BMW) leads with 303 points, 64 ahead of Nicolò Bulega (Aruba.it Ducati) in second place. Álvaro Bautista (Aruba.it Ducati), the 2022 and 2023 champion, is third, 104 points off the top, trying not to lose more ground. However, it won’t be easy: Razgatlioglu is on an unstoppable streak, with ten consecutive wins. The Turk will break the record for consecutive wins if he wins the first race and the Superpole race in Portimão.

Regarding the World Supersport Championship, Adrián Huertas is currently in better shape. The Aruba.it Ducati rider has not lost a race in the last three rounds and has a 46-point lead over Yari Montella (Barni Spark Racing Team/Ducati). In third place is Stefano Manzi (Pata Yamaha Ten Kate) 53 points behind, so no matter what happens, he cannot overtake the leader in this round.

Iñigo Iglesias Bravo (Fusport-RT Motorsport by SKM-Kawasaki) has only won two races in the Supersport 300 World Championship but arrives in Portimão leading. The championship is very tight, with the Spaniard having 19 more points than Aldi Satya Mahendra (Team BrCorse/Yamaha). Loris Veneman (MTM Kawasaki), who won both races in the last round, is third, 23 points behind.

Nearly a month later, the Women’s World Championship (WorldWCR) returns for the third round. María Herrera (Klint Forward), with three wins in four races, leads with 88 points against Ana Carrasco (Evan Bros. Racing Yamaha) with 81 points – who won Race 2 at Donington Park. Sara Sánchez (511 Terra&Vita Racing Team) is third, 20 points off the top.

The weekend at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve promises strong emotions. Next, you can find the full schedule (CET time).
